Day 35

Well no shortage of pics for today - it was Terry's 80th birthday party and I was invited to the gathering of friends in the shed. Wife Judy asked me to say a few words to let people know why we were there - she said it was because I was probably the best speaker but I think it was because I have the loudest voice!

It was a lovely occasion and the pictures show how Terry's friends were enjoying the party. It was great to see former manager Alice with husband Ian in the group plus  former park resident Cedric.

This morning I couldn't resist this pic:
...and Monty, the little shitzu is such a nice little dog!

Today while I was partying, Russell who is a plumber  by trade,  came over and re-did my gas joints with proper gas tape and checked it all for leaks. Thanks Russell - I now know it's been done properly.

Steps are up today - 4,929 and 3.6km. No wonder I'm tired!
